Booking & Packages

Q: How do I book a party?
A: We offer two party packages for your convenience. You can see all thr details and what they include, pricing and how to reserve in our Party packages page. A retainer/deposit holds your date, with the balance due 3 days before your event.

Q: What’s included in each package?
A: Both Piccolo and Premium include private venue rental, designer-grade party decor, age-appropriate entertainment, curated play zones, host team support, music, tables & chairs, and full setup + cleanup. Please visit our Party Packages page for more details.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

Q: How long are the parties at Playpod?
A: We offer up to 3 hours for your celebration, with complete use of the space for you and your guests.

Q: I have a small guest list for my party. Should I choose the package based on the guest count?
A: We recommend that you choose your package based on the decor size and all the perks each one offers. You might have a small guest list and choose the premium package, because you’d like to enjoy all the perks it includes. Same for the Piccolo, you may choose it even if you have more than 35 guests on your guest list, if the perks and amenities included are good for your family and celebration. Food & Drinks

Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
A: Yes! Families are welcome to bring in appetizer-style food and additional beverages. We provide the setting, you bring the personal touch. Keep in mind that non cooking is allowed on premises.

Q: Do you provide catering?
A: We don’t cater directly, but we can connect you with trusted local vendors.

Q: Are there restrictions?
A: No glass containers, and open flames (like chafing dishes or candles other than the birthday cake).

PARTY DEcor & Add‑Ons

Q: Is decoration included on your party packages?
A: Absolutely. At Playpod, we take pride on our unique designer-grade style decor, done and created for you by Pipa and Belu. We will design and create your decorations with your favorite theme, Pipa and Belu style.

Q: Do you have a theme catalog or can i choose my own theme?
A: You can choose your own theme, or choose from our best-seller design themes catalog. If you choose a theme on our catalog, we’ll give you a $100 discount from our package rate.

Q: Can I decorate the space myself?
A: Yes, but the price of the package will not be affected if you choose to decorate yourself. For your convenience and to keep your celebration on budget, we offer full custom décor with your favorite theme, including backdrops, balloon garlands, marquee lights, signage, and more.

Q: Is the animation or entertainment included on your packages?
A: Yes! Both the Piccolo and Premium include age-appropriate entertainment for 1 hour. You may choose from animation and games, music and sensory, and puppets and games, all subject to availability from our trusted entertainers.

Q: Can I bring outside vendors?
A: Yes, but only for entertainment or Decor, and we will add a 3rd party vendor $95 fee to your final bill. They will need to provide their proof of insurance (COI).

Q: Can I bring a piñata?
A: Yes, you can! It must be small or medium for up to 15 kids. No large or extra heavy piñatas will be allowed. Also, they must not contain glitter or confetti. If your piñata has it, we will charge a cleaning fee of $100 the day of the party.

Guests & Capacity

Q: How many guests can I invite?
A: Our space is designed for small celebrations of up to 45 guests. The Piccolo package includes up to 35 guests total (kids + adults). The Premium package includes 45 guests. We keep events intimate so the focus stays on your child and the little ones.

Q: Can I add more guests?
A: For safety and comfort, we cap guest count at 45. Whichever package you choose, we’ll charge $20 per each additional guests the day of the event, for guests surpassing the guest count included on your package.

Q: Do we as a family count on the guest count for our party?
A: We make your immediate family attendance complimentary (2 parents, birthday baby and up to 2 siblings), so you can have a full guest count. Any guests outside this family members, count as (1) towards the included number of guests included on your package.

Q: Do you have a maximum count of kids for my guestlist?
A: We recommend having a max of 18 kids on your guestlist to guarantee the enjoyment and flow of the party. Our play and party area is designed for small celebrations, so if you have a larger count of kids, Playpod might not be the best place to celebrate your baby’s birthday.

Cleanliness & Safety

Q: How do you clean the space?
A: We sanitize before and after every event, launder textiles, rotate toys, and use medical‑grade disinfectants on high‑touch surfaces to guarantee the cleanest and safest environment for your celebration.

Q: How we have to take trash and decorations out after our celebration?
A: No, when you celebrate at Playpod, you enjoy an stress-free experience, as our team will be dedicated to take care of all the cleaning and clearing out the space before, during and after your celebration.

Q: Is the space stroller‑friendly?
A: Yes, but due to the limited space of our venue, we can accommodate up to 3 strollers inside Playpod. We strongly reccommend advising your guests with infants to bring their carseat instead, or they will be asked to leave the stroller outside as you would at a Disney attraction.

Q: What ages is Playpod designed for?
A: Our play zones are curated specifically for ages 1–4, but older kids enjoy the playspace without a problem.

Logistics & Policies

Q: Do we need to sign a waiver?
A: Yes! All guest including ones without children must sign the waiver. Please use 1 per family. Every person entering Playpod will be asked to sign the waiver upon arrival.

Q: What is your show policy?
A: Playpod is a shoe-free environment! All grown up guests and kids 8 years and older will be required to bring socks. No guest will be allowed to be on their shoes. Elderly and guests with dissabilities are the only exception, for which we will offer the shoe baggies for their convenience. Kids under 8 may be barefoot or wearing anti-slip socks for safety.

Q: How early can we arrive before the party?
A: Hosts may arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled party starting time. Our team will greet you and do a quick walk‑through and help you setup all the things you are bringing.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Parties may be rescheduled at least 1 week before. Deposits are non‑refundable but transferable to a new date within the same calendar year.

Q: Do you provide parking?
A: Yes, we have dedicated parking and easy access for families.

Q: Can I add an extra hour to my package?
A: Unfortunately no. We only offer 3 hour parties at Playpod.

Q: After my party is over, how quickly do we need to leave?
A: You will have up to 20 mins to wrap up and have all your guests leave the premises after your celebration is over, as we need to sanitize, clean up and prep the space for another party.

open play & Classes

Q: Do you offer any classes or open play?
A: Not at the moment, as we are only focusing on celebrations and private parties. Stay tuned as we might change our schedule and offerings in the coming months.
